Casetrack

Casetrack contains case law from the CA (Civil and Criminal) from 1996 to the present day and High Court judgments from July 1998 to present day. Judgments are posted up very quickly and it is a useful site, although cases won't be hyperlinked in the same manner as Westlaw, so it won't indicate if a case has been repealed, for example. It is possible to search via name, date, free text and subject. Casetrack is a subscriber service, but lecturers and librarians are eligible for free access thanks to Context. Students - ask your librarian for password details!
