British Institute of International and Comparative Law

BIICL is an independent research institute dedicated to advancing the understanding of international and comparative law; promoting the rule of law in international affairs; and to promoting their application through research, publications and events. They put on lots of top events: often with big name speakers so their website is useful for keeping abreast of these. Membership for student members is a mere £25 and this gets you into lectures for free, and gives you a subscription to the journal ICLQ and the Bulletin of International Legal Developments.
