Full text of this case illustrating the courts' discretion in making orders on divorce. The case concerns the divorce of a couple whom farmed independently before marrying, and on divorcing the wife wanted equal shares. The judge used s 25 of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973 to aid his decision.
