Bernard Keck and Daniel Mithouard (C297-268/91) [1995] 1 CMLR 101
Full text of this case which deals with free movement of goods. Keck & Mithouard were prosecuted under French law for selling goods under actual cost price. They argued that prohibition of selling at a loss was incompatible with the Treaty of Rome 1957 art.30.
