Paul Todd is a senior law lecturer at the University of Wales, Swansea. He has created this useful site of free materials relating to trusts, which includes case summaries, notes and commentary. The materials have been developed to support his undergraduate course at Swansea but are available to all. The introductory section includes notes on the creation of trusts and the nature of equitable interests. Also included are notes on: Non-charitable trusts, implied, resulting and constructive trusts, charitable trusts and Remedies for breach.
