The bananas case! An early and still really important EC competition case considered by the ECJ in 1978. The case concerned key issues of general importance: the relevant market definition, the test for dominance and an undertaking under Article 82 and the concept of an abuse of dominance. It's worth reading it only for the entertainment value of why bananas are so different from all other fruit (older people and babies like them!).
