The Bolero System
The BOLERO system has its own website with huge amounts of information. Most useful though is the link to 'Making the Decision', this introductory section includes 'Legal Information' which draws on some of the main principles of the system and its contracts. There are full text pdf files of the Legal Aspects of the Bolero Bill of Lading, Digital Signatures and Bolero Bills of Lading under US Trade and Commercial Law.
