CAFCASS: Putting children first in the family courts

CAFCASS work with children and their families involved in court proceedings. They advise the courts on the best outcome for children. The tab entitled Law about Children gives an overview on the law in different areas: Contact and Residence, Adoption, Care and Human Rights. This is a great starting point for understanding the issues and legislation involved. CAFCASS policies are accessible via the Publications tab.
